A. Current status of the magnetic material industry
1. Product output and output value do not fit
my country's magnetic material industry has begun to take shape in terms of output, but it has not yet formed strong international competitiveness in high-end products.
2, the performance of magnetic products is low
The production performance of neodymium iron boron magnets is generally around N35 (the magnetic energy product is 35MGOE), N40 or higher and the high coercivity grade N38H. Only a few companies can produce N32SH. The new grades introduced abroad have reached N50 and N48H.
3. The production process and equipment are relatively backward
The total sales of special equipment for magnetic materials in my country has reached 143 million yuan, which can provide complete sets of production equipment. Therefore, domestic companies should try to use continuous production lines with a high degree of automation to reduce the influence of human factors and ensure product consistency.
B. Development direction Soft ferrite
At present, the most widely used soft ferrites can be divided into: manganese-zinc power ferrite materials, communication and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) manganese-zinc high permeability ferrite materials, and manganese-zinc ferrite materials for deflection coils. It is divided into four categories: ferrite materials, radio frequency broadband and electronic interference (EMI) suppression nickel-zinc ferrite materials. Materials are further developed towards high frequency, high permeability and low loss, that is, two highs and one low. Devices are developing in the direction of miniaturization, chip and surface mount.
Permanent ferrite material
Due to the increasing demand for high-end magnets for automobiles and computers, the proportion of high-end permanent ferrites in China will rise rapidly. It is expected that the proportion of Y30H-1 series of high-end products during the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period will increase from about 40% in 2000 to more than 60% in 2005 (about 126,000 tons). The output of Y30H-2 and above series of high-end products can reach 10 % (Approximately 21,300 tons), the overall export proportion increased to more than 50%.
