Ball grinding is a commonly used grinding method in the production of Permanent ferrite magnets. Our self-developed magnetic spindle drive ball mill has greatly improved our production efficiency.
Raw material preparation: First of all, the raw material, ball mill steel ball, water, additives are prepared and mixed together into the ball mill.
Grinding process: The ball mill begins to rotate, generating centrifugal force and friction, so that the steel ball and raw materials rise to a certain height with the wall of the cylinder, and the particle size is controlled by its own weight. The particle size of the raw material can be controlled by controlling the parameters such as the rotating speed and grinding time of the ball mill.
Grinding inspection: In the ball milling process, it is necessary to regularly check the particle size and mixing degree of raw material powder. According to the need, the number of grinding balls can be adjusted in time, or more auxiliary media can be added. After grinding the raw material to reach the standard, it is removed for use in the next step of the process.
Stop the ball mill: When the required powder fineness and mixing degree is reached, stop the operation of the ball mill. The mixture in the grinding cylinder is removed and subsequent treatment is carried out, and the resulting powder mixture is extracted to the next process to make the raw material required for the production of magnets.
Through the ball grinding process, the raw material can be ground into the required particle size, and the particle shape can be kept uniform, improving the efficiency and quality of magnet production.
